Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Vedeck, we strive to provide exceptional digital services and products. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for our services and products.

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns you may have with our work.

2. Digital Products

For pre-made digital products (templates, stock assets, etc.), refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or doesn't function as described
  • You haven't downloaded or used the product
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase

To request a refund for a digital product, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request.

3. Custom Services

For custom services (web development, design, video editing, etc.), our refund policy is as follows:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has begun, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

After Work Begins

Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available as we allocate resources and begin work immediately. However:

  • If the project is canceled within the first 48 hours of commencement, we may issue a partial refund minus any work completed
  • If we fail to meet agreed-upon specifications, we will either correct the work or issue a partial refund based on the work completed

4. Subscriptions

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not renew at the end of your billing cycle
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your paid period

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If this is not possible, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.

6. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require approval from management.

Examples of situations where exceptions might be granted include:

  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Technical issues preventing proper use of our services
  • Significant misrepresentation of service capabilities

7. Cancellations

Service Cancellation

To cancel a service, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

Project Cancellation

For ongoing projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We will calculate any refund based on work completed to date and expenses incurred.
